Jachtbouw ‘De Alm’ b.v. has been building steel yachts for more than 30 years.
This trawler has a double-chine hull, constructed of 6mm and 8mm steel sheet. 4mm steel sheet has been used for the superstructure. The hull is welded inside and out, whilst the superstructure is only welded on the outside.
The paintwork has been applied using a 2-component paint system with heavycoat and anti-fouling paint below the waterline.
Designed for extended voyages where conditions may
exceed wind force 8 (Beaufort scale) and significant wave
heights of 4m and above
Two IVECO NEF 400 diesel engines are fitted for propulsion.
